    About Robin Hildebrand:

Operating out of the Golden West Radio studios in Steinbach, Manitoba, Robin Hildebrand is currently Manager, Human Resources and Regulatory Affairs for Golden West Broadcasting Ltd. Robin began her career with Golden West in Altona, Manitoba in 1978. After a 10 year stint as Office Manager and HR Liaison with Rogers Broadcasting in Calgary, she returned home to her roots in 2000, to family-owned and operated Golden West, now with 30 AM and FM radio stations across the prairies.

Robin is a long-standing member of CWC, joining the organization in 1996. Over the past 15 years, Robin has accessed the majority of programs and resources that CWC has had to offer, including the CWC Education/Scholarship grant, the Radio Career Accelerator, and most recently as a participant in the 2009 Jeanne Sauve program.

In 2003, Robin re-launched the CWC Manitoba Chapter and held the Chair position until stepping down in 2006 to join the CWC National Board Executive Committee.

Robin firmly believes CWC's vast repertoire of professional development programs, tools and resources can have a huge impact on professional growth, and it has played a highly significant role in her career development. Benefits are reaped not only by the individual but by the company for which they work. For that reason, Robin remains committed to supporting the CWC in whatever capacity opportunity allows.
