ABOUT CAROL RING

Carol Ring has more than three decades of experience in retail, manufacturing and telecommunications. She has worked at Ultramar Gas and Oil, Coca-Cola and Sandoz Pharmaceuticals. In 1988, she joined Rogers and Carol has held several progressive positions at Rogers including Vice President of Operations Integrations. In August 2004, she was promoted to Regional President, GTA. In this role, she was responsible for servicing over 1.4 million households, generating $1 billion in revenues. Today, she is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives.

Carol is also very active in the community. She has served on several boards and in 2001, she was recognized as one of the top 50 Important People in Ottawa. In 2008, WXN recognized her as one of the top 100 Most Powerful Women in Canada.

In her climb through the Rogers organization, Carol has maintained a successful and busy community and family life. carol has walked in the shoes that others are currently walking in and does it in a fun, daring and holistic manner. Those who come to know her continually ask, "How do you do it all?"

Through her program of Integrated Life (TM), Carol integrates a high performance career with her personal values, building a life that matters.

Carol is a member of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers. She is a co-author of Awakening the Workplace, and she is currently working on her next book on creativity entitled, Who Hid My Crayons
